I'M A REGISTERED HEALTH & WELLNESS COACH
I’m based in Whitstable, where I live with my husband, our two boys, and our dog Roxy. I feel incredibly fortunate to be near the sea—I love walking by the beach or exploring the local woods with Roxy. Daily movement is a non-negotiable for me, and alongside walking, I regularly incorporate strength and resistance training. It feels good to feel strong, especially in midlife.

I’m also passionate about cooking and love experimenting with nutritious, delicious food. Over the years, I’ve deepened my commitment to a healthy lifestyle—not just for myself, but to find a way that suits my whole family by exploring ways to make eating well and living well both enjoyable and sustainable.

As I reached midlife, I began facing the realities of perimenopause, chronic injuries, and the physical toll of paramedic shift work. It became clear that my lifestyle was no longer sustainable. That turning point led me to retrain as a certified Health and Wellbeing Coach—first to support my own health, and then to help others navigate the same challenges.

I'm passionate about helping people in their 40s and beyond build balanced, sustainable habits. With the right support, education, and encouragement, I truly believe it’s possible to enjoy a long, active, and healthy life—at any stage.

My career
Throughout my years as a paramedic, I noticed a significant gap in the healthcare system - a lack of emphasis on preventive measures and holistic well-being. I became increasingly passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their health before crises arose. Driven by my desire to make a more profound and long-lasting impact on people's lives, I decided to pursue additional training as a health and wellbeing coach. I have developed a holistic approach to wellness that integrates both physical and mental health practices. My unique perspective, shaped by years of high-pressure situations, allows me to empathise with my clients and tailor coaching to meet individual needs.
