I am based in Whitstable with my husband and two boys. I feel lucky to live near the sea where I enjoy walks at our local beach or in the beautiful woods with our dog Roxy. Exercise is important to me and as well as walking everyday, incorporating strength and resistance training is a regular non-negotiable part of my week! It feels good to feel strong!

I have a passion for cooking and experimenting with healthy foods. My dedication to maintaining a nutritious diet and healthy lifestyle has grown, and over time, I've delved deeper into enhancing my own and my family's dietary and lifestyle practices.

As I reached midlife and began confronting the challenges of perimenopause and chronic injuries, the demands of paramedic shift work were no longer sustainable. Seeking a new direction, I embarked on a journey to become a certified Health and Wellbeing Coach—not only to address my own struggles but also to empower others in midlife to reclaim their health and happiness. I am passionate about promoting a balanced lifestyle for those over 40, and I believe that with the right guidance, education, and support, everyone can enjoy a long, active, and healthy life.

My career
Throughout my years as a paramedic, I noticed a significant gap in the healthcare system - a lack of emphasis on preventive measures and holistic well-being. I became increasingly passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their health before crises arose. Driven by my desire to make a more profound and long-lasting impact on people's lives, I decided to pursue additional training as a health and wellbeing coach. I have developed a holistic approach to wellness that integrates both physical and mental health practices. My unique perspective, shaped by years of high-pressure situations, allows me to empathise with my clients and tailor coaching to meet individual needs.
